<h3>The Founder and Principal</h3><p>Shaykh Muhammad Imdad Hussain Pirzada is a distinguished graduate of Dar al-‘Ulum Muhammadiyyah Ghawthiyyah of Bhera and the University of the Punjab in Pakistan. His extensive qualifications include Adib, ‘Alim, Fadil ‘Arabi, BA (English), MA (Islamic Studies), MA (Arabic), and MOL (Master of Oriental Learnings).</p><p>Inspired by his mentor and spiritual guide, the late Diya’ al-Ummat, Justice Shaykh Muhammad Karam Shah al-Azhari, Shaykh Pirzada founded Jamia Al-Karam in 1985 and serves as its Principal. He is also the Chairman of Muslim Charity – Helping the Needy, Founder of Al-Karam Publications Ltd, and President of the United Kingdom Branch of the World Association for Al-Azhar Graduates. He has educated students across three generations and authored numerous influential books, including the Tafsir Imdad-ul-Karam, the first five-volume commentary of the Qur’an written in the United Kingdom. Recognized among the 500 most influential Muslims globally, Shaykh Pirzada is renowned for his scholarly contributions.</p><p>As a public intellectual, Shaykh Pirzada’s writings are celebrated for addressing contemporary issues and simplifying complex theological concepts. He is an esteemed teacher, orator, and Shaykh in the Chishti and Qadri Tariqahs, holding numerous intellectual and spiritual ijazahs, including the prestigious al-Dir‘ al-Mumtaz (Shield of Excellence) from Al-Azhar University in Egypt.</p>read more..
